that I used to read, then thought they stopped updating, but more likely it was an error on my part somehow during one of my many trial-and-error Google reader runs. One such blog is Womb at the Innsane, which is run by one hot mama named Kadi Prescott. I first came across Kadi a few years ago when I *think* she and I were on the now-defunct Crazy Hip Blog Mamas site.
I was instantly taken by her stories about her life as a young mom of seven. I managed to keep up for a little while, but as I said before, I have not always had the best of luck with managing my Google reader. So I’ll just continue to blame it on Google! Well, since then, Kadi’s family has appeared on ABC’s SuperNanny and she has launched her own personal website, referenced above (the blog I read a few years ago isn’t the same one), and founded True Femme, which I will definitely be reading. I hope she’ll divulge her secret to looking so fab!
Meanwhile, my own weight loss diet attempt number bazillion for this year is going miserably. I do walk…when I can. I was eating better. I know I said in a previous entry that I’m not doing too shabby on the fitness front, and I guess I’m really not. but I’m going to have to do a lot better than this if I’m going to ever get the weight off for good and get in shape.
Unfortunately, I simply lack the motivation, energy, and willpower to succeed. When it comes to health and fitness, I am the trifecta of FAIL!
And since it’s the weekend and all, I am going to have some ravioli and watch a horror movie with one of my kids.
Ha! And I wonder why I always fail. I guess rationalizing my eating habits is a huge culprit, but I really will get back on track Monday if not tomorrow. At least I am drinking Diet Dr. Pepper. That totally helps, right?
